  •  How do I know if my order is shipped?

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the parcel tracking number. Please ensure your email address is correct to receive these notifications from us.

  • What are pre-ordered items?

Pre-order products are available occasionally to allow you to purchase an item before it is officially released. It does not mean we will ship it before the release date. This is handy for those who want to secure their share of the product before they run out.

  • I want to add to/change my order, what should I do?

As long as the order has not been shipped, we can change your order for you. Please send us an email, or click "Chat with us" and we will be glad to help you!
  • What payment options do you take?

We accept payments by debit card, credit card, Paypal, Interac e-transfer, and cash (only available if you pick up the order). Orders will be processed and shipped only after we receive full payment.
  • My order has been cancelled, why?

Your order may be cancelled if you choose to pay by e-transfer, and we have not received payment from you within a week. We will always remind you by email before we cancel the order.
If you have paid for the order and did not initiate a cancellation, please contact us.
  • Is Inky Paw an authorized dealer for all the brands in store?

Yes! We are authorized retailers for all the brands we carry. Our products come from distributors and the manufacturers. All products we sell are new and authentic, unless otherwise specified.
  • I am looking for a product but I can't find it.

We are always adding new products to our shop. If there is something you are looking for and it's not in our store, please let us know by chat or email!
  • Do you take special orders?

Yes we do! If there is a product you want that we don't normally carry, we can place a special order for you. Please chat with us or send us an email so we can let you know the pricing and timeline.
