Holiday Updates

Dear pen friends,

It is coming up to the holiday season, and we'd like to provide a brief update on how it will affect our operations.

Due to the increase in shipping volume during Black Friday and the month leading up to Christmas, Canada Post is expecting delays in delivery. The usual delay in the past have been around 2 weeks, sometimes even longer depending on the location. If you are planning a gift order, please plan ahead to avoid the rush.

Local pick-up: For the safety of our customers and staff, we will continue to suspend all local pick-up until further notice.

Shipping: All shipments will be processed normally. We want to get your orders out as fast as we can to make sure you receive it in time for the holidays. We are currently aiming at a 24-hour order processing time (from the time order received to the time it is shipped) for the holiday seasons.

Backorders: We do not accept any orders on out of stock items. All currently backordered items will be sent out as soon as we receive them. As suppliers are experiencing delays in logistics and manufacturing, some items may take a few months to arrive.

Please be assured that our team is taking all necessary precautions to prevent the transmission of the virus through shipments. Members who are packing orders are required to wear gloves and use hand sanitizer frequently. Fortunately all our team members are staying healthy and we hope you are as well.
