Local Pick-Up Locations

NOTE: For the safety of our pen friends and employees during the COVID-19 outbreak, our local pick-up option is suspended until further notice. We will continue to ship orders. Please stay safe and healthy.

 

We offer local pick-up for our customers in selected areas of Toronto and the Durham region during weekday evenings and most weekends.

Our pick-up points are located at busy public spots along public transit lines for your convenience. If you wish to meet at locations other than the following designated points, please contact us.

We will meet you at one of the pick-up points at the agreed meeting time so you can pick up your order in person.

 

Pick-up Points in Toronto:

• North York: Finch Bus Terminal
• North York: North York Civic Centre (Starbucks on the ground level by Yonge St.)
• North York: Yonge-Sheppard Centre
• Mid-town: Yonge-Eglinton Centre
• Toronto downtown: Union Station
• Toronto downtown: Toronto Reference Library
• Scarborough: Scarborough Town Centre

 

Pick-up Points in the Durham Region:

• Pickering: Pickering Town Centre
• Ajax: Kingston Road and Harwood (Starbucks)
• Whitby: Whitby Public Library
• Oshawa: Oshawa Centre
• GO Stations: Pickering GO, Ajax GO, Whitby GO, Oshawa GO
