We ship worldwide! Please use the following as a guideline for our shipping rates. Orders are normally processed within 3 business days, but some can take longer to ship due to the effects of the pandemic.
We ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel to Canadian destinations. Due to the high shipping volume and COVID measures, delivery delays of up to 2 weeks may happen in some shipments. The latest update on your shipment can be found on Canada Post's website using the tracking number provided on the shipping confirmation email.

To help you save on your purchases, we also offer local order pick-up within Toronto and the Durham region (east of Toronto). Please make a note on your order to inform us about your choice of pick-up location.

Returns are accepted if the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. Depending on the reason of the return, you may need to cover the return shipping cost. Please email us before returning any items.
Due to the sensitive nature of pen nibs and inks, fountain pens and inks are non-returnable. If you encountered any issues with your order, please contact us directly, and our team will do our best to help you out.
We do not repair on-site or offer warranty on products. Most of our manufacturers offer limited warranty on pens, and we will be happy to connect you with them for their service should you need it.
